    Anyone who shares our goals and objectives and joins can be a member of The Family Action PAC.

    Yes, see our membership page for more information concerning membership costs.
  6. What happens at the Monthly Luncheons and is there a cost to attend?
    Attendees will enjoy a gourmet lunch and informed discussions on topical subjects often including guest speakers. Click here for cost.

  8. Where can I send a donation and what methods of payment can be used? (i.e.- can I use my credit card?) Answer
  9. Are my donations a tax write-off?
    No. The Family Action PAC is classified as a Political Action Committee. Political donations are not a tax write-off.
  10. Is there a limit to how much I can give?
    Yes. The California law limits political gifts to $6,000 per person to a given political organization. Foreign nationals are prohibited from contributing.
  11. Can my company make a donation?
    Yes, companies may contribute up to $6,000, but their contributions may be aggregated with those of any individual who has majority ownership or control of the company. Click here to make a donation.

  13. How do I get endorsed by the FAPAC?
    Contact the FAPAC by filling out our Candidate Questionnaire. The Board will review your Questionnaire Information and contact you with an endorsement decision. Click here for Candidate Questionnaire.
